1. Develop strong partnerships with internal business clients, providing coaching and strategic advice on people-related matters.
2. Manage employee-related issues within the region.
3. Define and lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with Saint Laurent's culture and business needs.
4. Maintain and develop a talent pool through active networking and market interaction.
5. Coach management on performance management, identifying skill gaps and training needs.
6. Identify key contributors and advise on retention strategies, leading talent review discussions.
7. Oversee budget and forecasting processes for market personnel costs, ensuring productivity and cost control.
8. Implement global HR initiatives at the market level, adapting to local needs.
9. Ensure compensation and benefits align with market standards to support attraction and retention.
10. Monitor compliance with labor laws and address labor-related issues.
11. Ensure quality execution of HR operational activities, including payroll and legal compliance.
12. Implement engagement plans aligned with business priorities, promoting a positive workplace culture.
13. Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
14. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management.

1. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the luxury or fashion retail industry.
2. Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HR and employment legislation in respective markets, particularly Italian labor law.
4. Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
