- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams in Greater China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand to maintain consistency and strategic alignment.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for social media and SCRM projects.
- Work closely with image, marketing, production, VIP, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide weekly updates on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and secondary research to support strategy and creative development.
- Track audience perceptions and sentiment towards the brand or campaigns.
- Generate bi-weekly social media performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark brand performance and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Higher education degree (Baccalaureate + 5 years) specializing in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in social media management within the APAC region.
- Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic team player.
- Creative with the ability to develop proposals and synthesize information.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to planning constraints.
- Proficiency in Tableau, FIGMA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and another popular language.
Experience in social media management, particularly within the APAC region, is required.
Higher education degree (Baccalaureate + 5 years) specializing in Digital Marketing.
