- Assist with daily tasks, including creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms with regional teams in Greater China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand.
- Ensure global and regional alignment with strategic objectives and budget follow-up.
- Assist with preparation of presentations and recommendations for social media and SCRM projects.
- Collaborate with image, marketing, production, VIP, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media.
- Provide weekly updates to the team on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Support pitches by conducting competitive analysis and secondary research to inform strategy and creative development.
- Track sentiment and feedback to gauge audience perceptions and sentiment towards the brand or campaigns.
- Generate bi-weekly reports on social media performance across various platforms worldwide.
- Provide insights and proposals based on identified needs to improve social media performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the brand's social media performance against industry peers and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Higher education (Baccalaureate + 5 years) with a specialization in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience with social media management in APAC
- Organized, with strong writing and analytical skills
- Naturally autonomous, proactive, and dynamic
- Creative, with a strong ability to develop proposals and synthesize information
- Able to manage priorities and adapt to planning constraints
- Proficient with the use of Tableau, FIGMA, and the Microsoft package
- Strong communicator able to express yourself with ease in English and another popular language (written and oral)
Proven experience with social media management in APAC.
Higher education (Baccalaureate + 5 years) with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
