1. Oversee the coordination of shipments and returns within Europe, including international coordination and VIP office logistics.
2. Manage the organization and presentation of samples in the showroom, ensuring readiness for external meetings and VIP events.
3. Verify returns of shopping samples using the FGPS software and liaise with the press team regarding any discrepancies.
4. Assist in archiving collections.
5. Handle daily requests and coordinate with press interns on shopping management, including reservations and extensions.
6. Support showroom press assistants with document preparation and packaging for shipments.

1. Enrolled in a communication or business school program.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational acumen, dynamic versatility, and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Fluency in English is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Fashion GPS is essential.
