1. Manage physical and digital logistics flows of fashion show and pre-collection pieces, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories.
2. Monitor returns, conduct condition assessments, report quality anomalies, and handle reconditioning and relabeling of items.
3. Ensure daily maintenance and organization of the showroom.
4. Handle pressing dispatches and support press shipments both domestically and internationally.
5. Prepare and draft export documents such as proformas and attestations, coordinate packaging, and liaise with press officers, carriers, and the shipping department.
6. Participate in cyclical inventory counts.

1. Enrolled in a Business School or Fashion & Luxury Management program.

1. Ability to react swiftly and adapt to new situations.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, prioritization ability, versatility, and meticulousness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with logistics or fashion industry is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Fashion & Luxury Management.
