- Drive store sales and achieve performance targets while delivering a personalized client experience.
- Develop, grow, and retain a high-value VIC clientele, building long-term relationships.
- Support store objectives and mentor colleagues in alignment with the Maison’s values.
- Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
- Manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive sales growth.
- Build and manage an individual consignment and stylist business.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen.
- Curate personalized wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Provide training support to team members.
- Utilize available tools and resources to optimize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance performance.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold operational standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Established client book within the local market.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional service in luxury environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
- Experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on high-net-worth clientele and a proven track record in client relationship management.
Base compensation range of $33/hr. - $35/hr., plus commission eligibility.
