- Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number and spending of elite clients.
- Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
- Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
- Build and manage a dynamic client book to drive sales and business performance.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen.
- Curate personalized wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Provide training support to team members.
- Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance performance and morale.
- Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Established client book targeting local market clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
- Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptable and comfortable with technology.
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset.
A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, with a strong background in servicing high-net-worth clientele.
Base compensation range is $33/hr. - $35/hr., plus commission eligibility.
