1. Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number and spending of elite clients.
2. Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
3. Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
4. Build and manage a dynamic client book to drive sales and business performance.
5. Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen.
6. Curate personalized wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
7. Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
8. Provide training support to team members.
9. Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance performance and morale.
10. Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Established client book targeting local market clients.
3. Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
4. Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
5. Ability to handle highly confidential information.

5. Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset.

A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, with a strong background in servicing high-net-worth clientele.

Base compensation range is $33/hr. - $35/hr., plus commission eligibility.
