1. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and implement strategies to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling outcomes.
2. Develop and manage monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L planning.
3. Monitor store performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights to management teams.
4. Evaluate retail team performance, track KPIs, and provide necessary training and feedback.
5. Analyze productivity metrics such as conversion rates and customer appointments to identify growth opportunities.
6. Work with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
7. Maintain communication with senior management, providing reports on sales, store activities, and inventory.
8. Prepare business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
9. Collaborate with Store Operations to identify and implement operational improvements.
10. Oversee daily store operations including sales, expense control, and staff management.
11. Support new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
12. Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
13. Lead retail performance projects and support strategic retail activations.
14. Liaise with the CRM team to design and implement client programs.
15. Drive retail teams to enhance customer relations and develop loyalty strategies.
16. Conduct store visits to assess customer interactions and provide feedback.
17. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve the client journey.
18. Partner with Training and Regional Managers to deliver targeted training programs.
19. Provide on-the-floor coaching to enhance leadership and team motivation.
20. Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align strategies and presentations with market needs.
21. Act as a liaison between store teams and support functions to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

1. Degree in Business or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
3. Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
7. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
8. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
