- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and implement strategies to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling outcomes.
- Develop and manage monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L planning.
- Monitor store performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights to management teams.
- Evaluate retail team performance, track KPIs, and provide necessary training and feedback.
- Analyze productivity metrics such as conversion rates and customer appointments to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
- Maintain communication with senior management, providing reports on sales, store activities, and inventory.
- Prepare business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Store Operations to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, expense control, and staff management.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
- Lead retail performance projects and support strategic retail activations.
- Liaise with the CRM team to design and implement client programs.
- Drive retail teams to enhance customer relations and develop loyalty strategies.
- Conduct store visits to assess customer interactions and provide feedback.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve the client journey.
- Partner with Training and Regional Managers to deliver targeted training programs.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching to enhance leadership and team motivation.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align strategies and presentations with market needs.
- Act as a liaison between store teams and support functions to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
