- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and implement strategies to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling results.
- Develop monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L planning.
- Monitor and analyze store performance trends, providing actionable insights to store management.
- Oversee the performance of the retail team, offering training and feedback to improve KPI achievements.
- Analyze productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Partner with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
- Communicate regularly with senior management, providing reports on sales performance and store activities.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Store Operations to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, expense control, and inventory management.
- Support new store openings and strategic retail activations with operational excellence.
- Liaise with the CRM team to design and implement client programs.
- Drive the retail team to maintain positive customer relations and develop customer loyalty.
- Conduct store visits to assess customer interactions and provide feedback.
- Partner with Training and Regional Managers to deliver targeted training programs.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align product strategies and store presentations.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
