- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and implement strategic action plans to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling.
- Develop and manage monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L.
- Monitor and report on store performance trends, providing actionable insights to management teams.
- Evaluate retail team performance, offering training and feedback to improve KPI achievements.
- Analyze conversion rates and other metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
- Maintain communication with senior management, providing reports on sales, inventory, and store activities.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with Store Operations to ensure operational excellence and consistency across stores.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and safety.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Lead retail performance projects and support client events and strategic activations.
- Liaise with CRM to design and implement client programs.
- Conduct store visits to assess customer interactions and provide feedback.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance the client journey.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams and Store Directors.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align product strategies and store presentations.
- Act as a liaison between store teams and support functions to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
