Yves Saint Laurent Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist

- Lead tender processes and ensure contractual compliance with the brand's standards.
- Collaborate closely with production agencies for fashion shows and major events to negotiate contracts and maintain business relationships.
- Manage all Marketing and Communication categories from needs analysis to negotiation and centralization, including models, talents, and creative agencies.
- Identify opportunities for synergies and innovation in media-related procurement.
- Participate in and follow Kering Group initiatives to propose rationalization and optimization of media portfolios.
- Collaborate with the Kering Group to optimize framework agreements and rationalize travel expenses.
- Work with client experience teams on Premium Travel negotiations, including hotels, luxury accommodations, and private chauffeurs for VIP clients.
- Oversee tenders and contractual agreements with high-end service providers.
- Support and collaborate with the Procurement Director on various projects, including digitalization and reporting.
- Represent Saint Laurent in Kering Group projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to anticipate trends and enhance competitiveness.
- Master's degree in Procurement or Business School graduate.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven expertise in Marketing & Communication categories, with luxury experience highly valued.
- Autonomy in the entire procurement process: sourcing, benchmarking, tendering, drafting specifications, negotiation, and contracting.
- Interest in contract management and sustainable procurement.
- Ability to work in a project mode and lead global initiatives.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in procurement tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 7 years in indirect procurement, ideally within the luxury sector, with a strong focus on Marketing & Communication categories.
Master's degree in Procurement or a related field.
