- Support the design and implementation of Compensation and Benefits strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
- Lead the annual salary review campaign for the EMEIA region.
- Prepare and analyze data for salary surveys, providing insights and recommendations.
- Act as an internal advisor for the EMEIA HR community on compensation and benefits projects.
- Control and consolidate personnel data within the HR reporting tool monthly for the EMEIA scope.
- Manage the HR costs reporting system, ensuring alignment with EMEIA Finance.
- Perform monthly budget variance analysis and initiate budgetary control actions.
- Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the EMEIA personnel costs budget and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries for EMEIA stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and simulations to support decision-making.
- Participate in the optimization of existing and new HR tools.
- Graduate from a Business School.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Autonomous with the ability to take responsibility for projects.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion.
3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
Graduate from a Business School.
