- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable and sophisticated experience for all clients.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion solutions for clients.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.

- Professional experience in high-quality client service, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
