1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators are met.
2. Provide exceptional client service, creating memorable and sophisticated experiences for clients.
3. Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
4. Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
5. Demonstrate a passion for fashion by creating personalized and timeless looks for clients.
6. Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
7. Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
8. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Estimated compensation range of $19/hr - $21/hr, plus commissions.
