1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
2. Provide exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
3. Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
4. Train and develop new and existing client advisors.
5. Create a positive work environment fostering teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
6. Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
7. Demonstrate passion for fashion culture by creating personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients.
8. Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.

1. Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
