- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors.
- Create a positive work environment fostering teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.

- Demonstrate passion for fashion culture by creating personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients.

- Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
