Yves Saint Laurent Senior Client Advisor

- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership, ensuring achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sales service, fostering memorable and sophisticated experiences.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio, driving business growth through proactive engagement.
- Exceed individual and team sales goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Craft personalized and timeless fashion solutions for clients, demonstrating a deep passion for fashion culture.
- Maintain a professional and authentic communication style with clients and colleagues.
- Support both front and back-of-house teams, enhancing overall team spirit and performance.

- Professional experience in high-quality service environments, such as fashion retail, luxury hospitality, or customer service.
