1. Oversee and lead the client advisor team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
2. Provide training and development for new and existing client advisors.

5. Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.

1. Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and management capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Base compensation ranges from $19.50/hr to $21.50/hr, with commission eligibility.
