Yves Saint Laurent Senior Client Advisor
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in the fashion industry, was founded in 1961 and revolutionized luxury fashion by introducing the concept of ready-to-wear with its 1966 "Rive Gauche" collection. As part of the Kering Group since 1999, Saint Laurent continues to lead the luxury market under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello, offering an array of products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Supervise the client advisor team in collaboration with store management and contribute to store sales and key performance indicators.
- Provide training and ongoing development for new and existing client advisors.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to all visitors and clients.
- Demonstrate passion by engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and anticipating future requests.
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to ensure proactive and growing business activity.
