Yves Saint Laurent Senior Client Advisor

- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sales service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures.
- Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
- Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Passion for fashion culture and personalized styling.

Base compensation range is $19/hr. - $21/hr., with commission eligibility.
