- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sales service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized and timeless fashion looks for clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Support front and back-of-house teams, promoting overall team spirit.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
- Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Base compensation range is $19/hr. - $21/hr., with commission eligibility.
