1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
2. Provide exceptional client and after-sales service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
3. Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
5. Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
6. Create personalized and timeless fashion looks for clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion culture.
7. Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
8. Support front and back-of-house teams, promoting overall team spirit.
9. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Base compensation range is $19/hr. - $21/hr., with commission eligibility.
