1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Provide training and development for new and existing client advisors.

5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and preferences.

Base compensation ranges from $19.50/hr to $20.50/hr, with eligibility for commission.
