- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership.
- Achieve individual sales targets and ensure the team meets their objectives.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors.

- Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range is $17/hr. - $19/hr. with commission eligibility.
