1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
2. Provide exceptional client and after-sales service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
3. Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Cultivate a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
5. Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
6. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
7. Maintain a professional and authentic communication style with clients and colleagues.
8. Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team performance.
9. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

1. Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and management capabilities.
3. A keen interest in fashion culture and the ability to create personalized looks.

Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or a similar high-end service environment is preferred.

The base compensation range for this position is estimated at $28/hr. - $30/hr.
