- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client service and create memorable experiences for both external and internal clients.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
- Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
- Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $20/hr. - $22/hr. with commission eligibility.
