- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sale service, ensuring a memorable and sophisticated experience for all clients.
- Lead by example to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors.
