1. Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with the store leadership.
2. Achieve individual sales targets and ensure the team meets theirs.
3. Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for existing staff.

5. Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service.

Base compensation of $20-21/hr with commission eligibility.
