- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with the store leadership team.
- Achieve individual sales targets and ensure the team meets their targets.
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for existing team members.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide exceptional client and after-sale service.
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.

$20-22/hr with eligibility for commission.
