1. Support Saint Laurent Americas, including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, and Dominican Republic.
2. Collaborate with the Brand Accounting Manager, Kering Shared Service, external BPOs, and the Finance team during monthly and year-end closing.
3. Oversee integration and review of local Trial Balances into the ERP system.
4. Prepare month-end journal entries for Store and Corporate accounts for the Americas region.
5. Prepare Sales and Margin File and calculate Cost of Goods Sold.
6. Analyze Statutory vs MRP differences between BPO and YSL America.
7. Prepare Monthly Closing Package for Controlling Group, focusing on Balance Sheet & Cash Flow elements according to IFRS guidelines.
8. Assist the Accounting Manager in meetings with department heads to review financial results and ensure proper expense coding.
9. Approve invoices daily in the Invoice approval tools for the Americas Region.
10. Create and maintain different Cost Object components, Internal orders, and WBS codes in SAP.
11. Prepare monthly variable rent calculations for payment to landlords.
12. Support Lease accounting activities with the Kering Lease Accounting team and Real Estate team.
13. Ensure IFRS 16 compliance and platform maintenance.
14. Assist in the compilation and preparation of the Annual Tax declaration for Canada and Latam Business units.
15. Support management in preparing for annual external audits and Group Internal audits.
16. Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects.
17. Monitor internal control compliance, SOPs, and more.
18. Prepare Additional disclosures in the consolidation tool.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in accounting roles with managerial responsibilities; Retail experience is advantageous.
3. In-depth understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including IFRS.

1. Advanced technical skills, including Excel, Pivot Tables, XLookup, SUMIFS, Index Match, Power Query, PowerBI, SAP, HFM.
2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
3. Positive leadership qualities.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate complex data.
6. Proficiency in preparing concise written reports and presentations.
7. Capability to multitask while adhering to critical deadlines.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with colleagues and counterparts overseas.
9. Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive company information.
10. Proactive in anticipating workload impacts and maintaining a positive work attitude.
11. System savvy and motivated to learn new technologies.
12. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in accounting roles with managerial experience, preferably in the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
