Yves Saint Laurent Sample Collection Coordinator
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in the luxury fashion industry, was established in 1961 and is renowned for pioneering the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter with its iconic 'Rive Gauche' line. Saint Laurent's offerings encompass women's and men's ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of collections for prototypes, samples, and press orders, closely monitoring each stage of the process.
- Verify raw material availability using warehouse management software.
- Input sample launch orders to finished product suppliers via internal management software.
- Manage progress with finished product suppliers for launched items.
- Assess progress through daily interaction with internal departments such as modeling, product development, and research office.
- Daily management of progress on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Create weekly reports on the progress of collections.
- Issue transport documents for collection activities and manage shipment logistics.
- Create orders for the industrialization activities of finished products.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and major software applications, with AS400 knowledge being advantageous.
- Good command of the English language.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
A minimum of two years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury goods industry is required.
Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering.
