1. Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
2. Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Support annual inventory processes and resolve discrepancies.
5. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
6. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.
7. Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
8. Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
9. Manage packaging and stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
3. 1-3 years in a retail environment.
4. Experience in retail stockroom management is advantageous.

The base compensation range for this position is estimated at $20/hr. - $22/hr.
