1. Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
2. Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Support the annual inventory process and resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand qualitative standards.
7. Organize and maintain stock areas and support the transfer process.
8. Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
9. Manage packaging and stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is required.
3. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
4. Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in inventory management.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a stock department. Luxury experience is mandatory.
