Yves Saint Laurent Sales Coordinator

- Support Back-of-House operations including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and product transfers.
- Assist the Sales team by processing transactions, greeting clients, and managing product requests.
- Facilitate the sales process by adhering to the principles of the Brilliant Basics.
- Maintain organization and stock levels at cashwraps and registers according to company standards.
- Ensure the stockroom is orderly and products are stored appropriately.
- Assist with product transfers and shipment preparations.
- Support Visual Merchandising efforts and maintain sales floor displays.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- Proficiency in retail operations and customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.

At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary brands.
