1. Support Back-of-House operations including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and product transfers.
2. Assist the Sales team by processing transactions, greeting clients, and managing product requests.
3. Facilitate the sales process by adhering to the principles of the Brilliant Basics.
4. Maintain organization and stock levels at cashwraps and registers according to company standards.
5. Ensure the stockroom is orderly and products are stored appropriately.
6. Assist with product transfers and shipment preparations.
7. Support Visual Merchandising efforts and maintain sales floor displays.
8. Handle customer returns and exchanges as needed.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exceptional customer service abilities.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. High level of integrity.
