1. Support Back-of-House operations including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers.
2. Assist the Sales team by processing transactions, greeting clients, and managing product pulls.
3. Maintain cashwraps and registers in accordance with company standards.
4. Ensure stockroom organization and proper product storage.
5. Facilitate product transfers and prepare shipments.
6. Assist with Visual Merchandising and maintain salesfloor displays.
7. Handle returns and exchanges as needed.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exceptional customer service abilities.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. High level of integrity.
