1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Assist in conducting annual inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales objectives.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
5. Organize and maintain stock areas and support the merchandise transfer process.
6. Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
7. Manage packaging and stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is mandatory.
3. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
4. Experience in retail stockroom operations is advantageous.

4. Proficiency in inventory management systems.

1-3 years in a retail environment with at least 1 year in a stock department, preferably within the luxury sector.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $19/hr. - $21/hr.
