- Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Support the annual inventory process and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
- Organize and maintain stock areas and assist with the transfer process.
- Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Manage packaging and small stationery orders.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in a retail stockroom is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a stock department. Luxury experience is required.
Base compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
