- Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
- Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
- Monitor and control monthly inventory and implement specific action plans.
- Support annual inventory processes and address discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
- Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
- Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Manage packaging and stationery orders.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
- 1-3 years in a retail environment.
- Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and stock management.
A minimum of one year in a stock department, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail experience.
