- Serve as a brand ambassador for Saint Laurent, embodying the house's values and offering a unique, personalized experience to a discerning clientele.
- Provide expert styling advice, introducing clients to the brand's products and artistic direction.
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor key sales indicators and implement corrective measures to achieve sales targets.
- Propose strategies to improve store performance and customer experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Proven experience in managing local clientele, with international client experience as a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on client needs over sales figures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion products and culture.
A minimum of three years in the ready-to-wear fashion industry, with a strong background in client management.
