- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, enhancing client engagement with the brand.
- Monitor key sales indicators and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Propose corrective measures and improvements to enhance boutique performance.
- Expertise in ready-to-wear fashion with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Solid experience in managing local clientele, with international clientele experience as a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and adapt.
- Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion and product sensitivity.
- Ability to prioritize client needs over sales figures.
