4. Monitor sales performance indicators and propose corrective actions to optimize store performance.
5. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
2. Proven experience in managing local clientele, with international clientele experience as a plus.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian.
