- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, enhancing client engagement.
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Contribute ideas to improve store performance indicators.
- Expertise in ready-to-wear fashion with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Solid experience in managing local clientele, with international clientele as a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and adapt.
- Team spirit and the capacity for self-reflection.
- Product sensitivity and a keen interest in fashion culture.
