- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury ready-to-wear.
- Proven track record in managing local and international clientele.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch/Flemish is advantageous.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement business strategies.
- Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion and product knowledge.
