- Compile monthly reports on regional completion rates of digital modules.
- Update tracking documents and support materials such as directories and training catalogs.
- Monitor billing for external speakers and consultants.
- Oversee the completion of translation reviews for training materials.
- Propose innovative digital approaches for retail training projects.
- Contribute ideas and solutions for the development of in-person training modules.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or in a gap year from a Business School.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with retail or training environments is advantageous.
