Yves Saint Laurent Retail Performance Assistant Intern

- Deliver weekly and monthly KPI NPS reports.
- Conduct regular retail performance analyses and ad hoc studies.
- Produce presentations on retail performance program results for top management.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the Worldwide Bonus Scheme.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital boutique tools.
- Support the deployment and construction of projects related to customer and employee experience, including NPS and Mystery Shopping programs.
- Prepare presentation materials for projects.
- Support transversal Retail Excellence projects, including retail operations and training.
- Assist in organizing Retail Excellence seminars.
- Manage and monitor the internal Retail Excellence group on Workplace, including content creation.
- Coordinate with regions and other HQ departments on various topics, including marketing tools, follow-up, feedback, and information sharing.
- Currently pursuing a degree from a business school, seeking an end-of-studies internship.
- Previous experience in retail sales within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proficiency in Excel, including macros, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in numbers and analysis.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
- Team spirit and adaptability.
- High learning capacity, proactivity, and adaptability.
- Organized, attentive, and meticulous.
Previous experience in retail sales within the luxury or fashion sector is required.
Currently pursuing a degree from a business school.
