Yves Saint Laurent Retail Operations Executive

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan stores.
- Handle store supplies orders, packaging, and license renewals regularly.
- Manage uniform seasonal order planning and distribution.
- Monitor invoice and payment statuses, review quotations and service contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide accurate sales performance data and compile regular sales reports for the retail team.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments such as store openings, relocations, renovations, and special sales events.
- Work closely with the repair center and headquarters aftersales team to ensure timely resolution of aftersales cases.
- Manage all aftersales cases, including defective claims and credit note issuance, and report quality issues to headquarters.
- Coordinate with customer service and store teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Implement customer care initiatives and new projects to enhance the aftersales journey for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry. Those with more experience may be considered for a Senior Retail Operations Executive position.
