1. Coordinate omnichannel services, including in-store order reservations, client appointment data tracking, remote sales data analysis, and queue management tool implementation.
2. Manage catering orders for boutiques, including budget and invoice handling.
3. Participate in training field teams on omnichannel topics.
4. Identify boutique needs regarding omnichannel services, packaging, uniforms, and orders.
5. Analyze commercial and operational performance indicators, including monthly retail application reports.
6. Support boutiques with Aftersales and BeforeSales needs.
7. Replenish boutique supplies such as packaging and uniforms.
8. Contribute to the development of back-office objectives in coordination with HR.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of Oracle, Tableau Analytics, Xstore, and Esker is an advantage.
3. Excellent analytical skills, particularly in monthly reporting.
4. Teamwork and supplier coordination skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

A first experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
