1. Coordinate omnichannel services, including in-store order reservations and client appointment data tracking.
2. Manage catering orders for boutiques, including budget and invoice oversight.
3. Contribute to the training of field teams on omnichannel topics.
4. Identify boutique needs related to omnichannel services, packaging, uniforms, and orders.
5. Analyze commercial and operational performance indicators, including monthly retail application reports.
6. Support boutiques with Aftersales and BeforeSales needs.
7. Oversee boutique replenishment for packaging and uniforms.
8. Participate in the development of back-office objectives in collaboration with HR.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Analytical skills with experience in monthly reporting.
3. Teamwork and supplier coordination abilities.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Experience with Oracle, Tableau Analytics, Xstore, and Esker is advantageous.

A preliminary experience in the retail industry is beneficial.
