- Design and implement action plans to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling results.
- Formulate sales forecasts and set targets to optimize P&L planning.
- Monitor store performance trends and provide actionable insights to management teams.
- Track KPI achievements and provide training and feedback to retail teams.
- Analyze productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop monthly initiatives and long-term action plans with corporate teams.
- Prepare business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with HQ to identify operational improvements and ensure consistency across stores.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, recruitment, training, and inventory management.
- Support new store openings, client events, and strategic activations.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams and Store Directors.
- Align product strategies with market needs in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Ensure store presentations maximize commercial impact in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Liaise with the CRM team to implement client programs across the region.
- Act as a bridge between store teams and support functions to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools or innovative retail technologies.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
