- Support daily retail operations, human resources, and training for in-store staff.
- Participate in the planning and organization of meetings, travel, and facility management tasks.
- Manage projects related to office organization and office management.
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of retail projects, including store openings.
- Track KPIs per store and aid in the implementation and follow-up of action plans.
- Coordinate store requests and maintain regular communication with stores regarding client engagement projects.
- Currently enrolled in a program studying Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field with a focus on Retail.
- Previous experience through internships or retail jobs is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- High motivation, energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and initiative-taking skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and German, both oral and written.
