Yves Saint Laurent Retail Management Intern

- Support day-to-day retail operations, human resources, and training for in-store staff.
- Assist in planning meetings and manage organizational tasks related to travel and facility management.
- Oversee projects in office organization and management.
- Aid in the execution and follow-up of retail projects, including store openings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) per store and assist in implementing action plans.
- Coordinate store requests and ensure efficient communication.
- Engage with stores to support client engagement projects, enhancing customer relationships.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field with a focus on Retail.
- Previous experience through internships or retail positions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- Possess emotional intelligence and initiative.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and German, both oral and written.
Prior experience in retail or internships is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
