Yves Saint Laurent Retail Management Intern

- Support daily business operations in Retail Operations, Human Resources, and Training for in-store staff.
- Participate in planning meetings and manage organizational tasks in Travel and Facility Management.
- Oversee projects in Office Organization and Office Management.
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of retail projects such as store openings.
- Track KPIs per store and support the implementation and follow-up of action plans.
- Coordinate store requests.
- Provide regular support and follow-up with stores on client engagement projects to enhance customer relationships.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field with a focus on Retail.
- Previous experience through internships or retail jobs is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High motivation, energy, and a willingness to learn.
- Solid emotional intelligence and initiative-taking ability.
- Team player mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and very good German skills, both oral and written.
