1. Support daily business operations in Retail Operations, Human Resources, and Training for in-store staff.
2. Participate in planning meetings and manage organizational tasks in Travel and Facility Management.
3. Oversee projects in Office Organization and Office Management.
4. Assist in the execution and follow-up of retail projects such as store openings.
5. Track KPIs per store and support the implementation and follow-up of action plans.
6. Coordinate store requests.
7. Provide regular support and follow-up with stores on client engagement projects to enhance customer relationships.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field with a focus on Retail.
2. Previous experience through internships or retail jobs is preferred.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
4. High motivation, energy, and a willingness to learn.
5. Solid emotional intelligence and initiative-taking ability.
6. Team player mentality.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Fluency in English and very good German skills, both oral and written.
